How to delete your account and all entries
Profile → “Delete account and all entries”. Everything is erased from your phone and the server right away.
How to cancel a subscription
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Alba → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
My entries disappeared after I switched phones
Sign in from your profile with the same email or with Apple, and your entries will come back from the cloud. Without signing in, entries are stored on one device only.
The sign-in code doesn't arrive
Check your Spam and Promotions folders. The sign-in screen has a “Send code again” button. It works once a minute.
