What is stored
Your name, main goal, reminder times, diary entries, workouts, food and habit check-ins, goals, seasons and challenges, your money plan (numbers you enter yourself). Sleep, energy, mood, calm, feeling words and cycle check-ins - only with separate consent to wellbeing data.
Where it is stored
Your entries live on your device and go into its backup (iCloud or Google) if backup is on. If you sign in to an account, they're copied to the server so they can appear on another device; the connection is encrypted and your sign-in is kept in the secure keychain.
Who sees it
Only you. Entries are not sold, not shown to other users and not used to train models. There are no ads and no tracking across apps. In your profile there's a Face ID lock for the diary and a way to hide task text in notifications.
Who helps
Supabase - server and sign-in (only if you've signed in). Sentry - crash reports: technical data with no diary text. RevenueCat - subscription status, no entries. Anthropic - the language model for the weekly review, only when you ask for one. Posthog (server in the eu) - anonymous statistics: 9 events like "a week since the first entry" or "opened the subscription screen", with a random install number, no texts, email or advertising id. A payment service for card payments on the website - amount and payment status; its name will appear here before sales launch.
Weekly review
If you tap "weekly review" and agree, only this goes through our server to Anthropic's language model: what got done, good things of the day, sleep and mood, habits and workouts of that week. Thoughts from "mind", feeling words, the kind word to yourself, food and cycle are never sent. Our server doesn't store these texts, it only records that a review was made for the week. Anthropic doesn't use them for training and deletes them within 30 days. The finished review stays with you and is erased together with your wellbeing data.
Deletion
The "delete account and all entries" button in your profile erases everything from the device and from the server and revokes sign in with Apple. Withdrawing consent to wellbeing data erases those entries. An App Store subscription is cancelled in your Apple settings. Payment records from the website (amount, date, status) stay without any link to you: tax accounting requires them.
Why and how long we keep it
The data is needed only for the diary to work: showing your entries, syncing your devices, sending reminders, adding up your week and month. The legal basis is your consent; for wellbeing data, a separate one. We keep it while you have an account; after deletion everything is erased from the server right away and from backups within 30 days.
Your rights
You can get a copy of your data (PDF export in your profile or by email), correct it, delete your account and all entries, withdraw any consent and complain to the data protection authority in your country. The service is for people aged 16 and over.
Who is responsible for your data
